We operate as a custom manufacturing service provider producing products strictly based on content, images, and instructions submitted by customers.

1. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any content submitted to Archi Gifts, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Trademarks
• Brand names
• Images
• Designs
• Text

does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

2. No Ownership or Endorsement

Archi Gifts does not claim ownership of customer-submitted designs and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement with any third-party brands or trademark holders.

Any similarity to existing trademarks is unintentional.

3. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse production of any content that:

• Infringes or appears to infringe intellectual property rights
• Contains registered trademarks without authorization
• Violates applicable laws or regulations
  

Order Acceptance Policy

Archi Gifts reserves the right to:

• Reject any order at our sole discretion
• Cancel any order prior to production
• Suspend production if intellectual property concerns are identified

This includes situations where there is reasonable suspicion of trademark or copyright infringement.

Custom Production Disclaimer

Archi Gifts provides custom manufacturing services based on customer-provided files and instructions.

We do not actively select, design, or promote branded content.

All production is carried out on a made-to-order basis.

Customers confirm that they hold all necessary rights or permissions for any submitted materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archi Gifts shall not be liable for:

• Any infringement arising from customer-submitted content
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any claims arising from misuse of third-party intellectual property by customers

Compliance Policy

We make reasonable efforts to avoid producing infringing content and may:

• Decline orders involving known trademarks
• Request clarification from customers regarding ownership rights
• Refuse production where risk of infringement is identified
