How long is the product warranty?
Archi Gifts products are covered by a warranty ranging from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the product model. Archi Gifts uses an electronic warranty system. After receiving your order, please activate your warranty by following the instructions included in the package.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product type. Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days, excluding production time for made-to-order items. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Please note that Archi Gifts does not keep inventory in stock. All products are made to order according to each customer's requirements. Production typically takes 5–10 days. Once production is complete, the parcel will be shipped. The total time from placing your order to receiving it is usually 15–20 days.
