Refund policy
We always strive to bring our customers complete satisfaction when shopping at Archi Gifts, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or refund, please carefully review our return policy.
1. Cases eligible for a refund
- Incorrect quantity ordered: You will be immediately refunded for any mistaken quantities. For example, if you intended to order only one item but mistakenly ordered two, we will process a refund for the extra item right away. Simply send an email to info@archigifts.us or contact us via Meta.
- Lost order during shipment: If your order is lost during shipment, regardless of the reason, we will fully refund the amount you paid.
- Order not produced or shipped within 30 days of the order date: In rare cases where our warehouse operations are disrupted by natural disasters, we will issue a full refund. The timeframe for this is 30 days from the date of your order.
2. Eligible Cases for Product Replacement Compensation
In certain situations, we will send customers a replacement product to compensate for issues. These cases include:
- Printing Errors: If the product you received has incorrect printed information, such as color, font, or content, compared to the image displayed in our store, we will send a replacement product. Please note that the color of the product may vary depending on the camera used to take the photo. For products like football club badges, we will match the exact badge color without lighting.
- Product Damage During Manufacturing or Shipping: If the product is damaged, broken, or otherwise defective after you open the package, we will compensate by sending a similar product. In some cases, we may require a video of the unboxing process, so please record your unboxing as proof to avoid future disputes.
- Wrong Product Sent: In rare cases, especially during high-order volumes, we may mistakenly send the wrong product. In such cases, we will send the correct product as compensation.
In all cases of product replacement, customers will not incur any additional costs, and there is no need to return the product they initially received.
3. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Cases
- Unsuccessful Delivery Due to Inability to Contact the Customer: According to the policies of certain shipping companies and some countries, it is mandatory to contact the recipient. If the recipient cannot be reached, the package will be returned to the shipping company's warehouse. In such cases, the customer will need to pick up the package from the warehouse, and we will decline any refund requests. This is due to the general terms we must adhere to when working with shipping companies, and the fault lies entirely with the customer.
- Product Damage Due to Dropping, Short-Circuiting, or Moisture Exposure (for non-waterproof products): If the product is damaged due to dropping during use, we will not issue a refund. If the product short-circuits due to incorrect power supply or becomes damaged by moisture, you will need to send the product back to our factory for inspection. If the damage is determined to be caused by customer misuse, we will decline the refund request. If the product is found to be defective, we will refund the customer and provide a replacement.
- Product Delivered, but Customer Cannot Find It: For all orders, once the product is delivered to the specified address, we receive delivery confirmation images from the shipping company. If the delivery has been confirmed but the customer cannot locate the product, we will assist in tracking it down. In unfortunate cases of theft, you will need to review security footage and report the incident to local authorities. While we will assist you in locating the package, we will not issue a refund in this case.

We always respect our customers and aim to bring them satisfaction. We will promptly address any order-related issues for our customers. However, in cases of baseless or fabricated refund requests aimed at reclaiming money, we will file a lawsuit against those greedy individuals in the local court for defamation, which has tarnished our reputation and impacted our credibility and sales.
